My name is Gloria and I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner (CRP) and a Transformational Life Coach. My passion is to assist others in creating positive change and forward momentum in their life. In this work, I utilize tools like Reiki Healing and the knowledge contained within the Human Design System to facilitate your healing and growth process.
One of my main goals is to help you discover your own inner strength and shed light on the things that may be holding you back. The idea is to create less resistance in life and tap into your true potential. We will bring awareness and acceptance to the shadow self (not-self) while breathing new life into the person you'd like to become.
This is the de-conditioning process: releasing old and stuck patterns, habits, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. We must recognize, accept, and heal the things that are holding us back in order to step forward in life.

Years ago, I was doing everything I thought I was “supposed” to do - living in a trendy neighborhood in San Francisco, achieving the next level in my career, and running on adrenaline and validation.…But I also felt exhausted and disconnected. There was something in me (my body, my spleen), screaming for a change. I just didn’t know how.
Finding human design and learning I was a Projector was like going from seeing the world in black and white to color. Understanding my design gave me the permission to simply be myself. It gave me the permission to drop the “shoulds” that had been running my life, and also the courage to do things differently from those I saw around me.
It gave me the courage to take a leap into the unknown.
It gave me the clarity to trust myself.I believe the human design experiment (as we like to call it), is the greatest adventure of my life.
